As part of Nike Global Technology’s commitment to make sport a daily habit, I led the planning and execution of a campus-wide Day of Sport for more than 1,200 employees at the Nike World Headquarters. I directed all logistics, communications, branding, and employee experience elements to deliver a seamless and highly engaging event. The full-day program featured activities ranging from dodgeball and basketball competitions to a long-drive golf challenge and a restorative yoga session.
By uniting cross-functional partners and shaping a cohesive vision, I created a memorable experience that strengthened community, energized employees, and reinforced Nike’s culture of sport. The event was so successful, it was highlighted on Nike’s official LinkedIn social media account.
